We pick up from all major hotels and and resorts. For Airbnbs, we offer pick up if they are along our route. When your Airbnb is outside the pickup zone no worries, we can arrange a nearby meeting point or help organise a private driver at a very reasonable price. If will make sure getting to your adventure is easy and stress free!
Yes! For horseback riding and ziplining, the weight limit is 250 lbs (113 kg). For parasailing, guests must weigh at least 90 lbs (41 kg) per person, with a combined maximum of 450 lbs (204 kg). We just want to make sure everyone stays safe and has an amazing time!
Once your booking is confirmed, our team will contact you 24 hours before your tour to confirm pickup time. Please provide a valid number and keep an eye on WhatsApp or iMessage.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own drinks on the party boat! We provide local Dominican drinks, but premium options like Don Julio or Hennessy aren’t included, don’t worry though, they’re available on board for purchase if you’d like to upgrade your vibe!
